Dr BT Keeler Continuing Education Bursaries ($700)
Through its bursary program, the Trust encourages teachers to advance their knowledge and teaching skills by taking courses. Bursaries are paid after the recipient has completed the course, submitted proof of the amount paid in tuition fees and proof that the course has been completed. Due May 1, 2020

Local Bargaining has concluded. Both sides (Teachers and School Board) have voted to accept the Collective Agreement.

Hands Off My Pension
We’ve been loud and clear. Hands off our pension! Even though teachers, retired teachers and others sent 35,000 emails, the government still rammed through Bill 22.
Even though the Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund has a stellar investment track record, the government is still going to limit ATRF to using AIMCo as their sole investment manager.
We cannot let up. Send your MLA a letter and tell them to repeal Bill 22.
ATA Local 60 Scholarship
Applications for this year's ATA Local 60 Scholarships are now available. There are four schlarships being awarded. Three are for entry into university and one is for entry into a trade school. For more details, click the link below. Applications are due May 1, 2020.
